Summer at Skylark Farm Cover Reveal

Hello you lovely bunch! Merry Christmas and Seasonal Salutations to each and every one of you. I know it has been a while since I posted but, truth be told, I've been terrified. Terrified that if I shared a post with you I simply wouldn't be able to stop myself from blurting out the thoroughly fabulous array of Author News I have been sitting on!

Finally however, and after much waiting, I can make a start and reveal the first piece of excitement which landed in my inbox courtesy of the fabulous design team at Simon and Schuster and my wonderful Books and The City editor, Clare Hey, a couple of weeks ago...

So, what do you think? Isn't she an absolute beauty? I can't tell you how thrilled I am. The colours are perfect (if you follow me on Pinterest or Instagram you will know of my fondness for anything green and red), and the farmhouse, the orchards, the pony and the hens, yes, they all feature and Amber in the foreground looks stunning. And of course, homage must be paid to my trademark bunting! It wouldn't be me without bunting! I hope you all love it as much as I do.

Needless to say I am thrilled and having set the Skylark and the Cherry Tree cover side by side I am feeling incredibly proud, not only that I have written two novels but also that I am working with such a fantastic publisher.

Ordinarily at this point in December I would be writing my yearly round-up however, given all the other news I am sitting on I think I'll hang on for now!
