I didn't get the chance to post this here on the first day of 2024, but I did have a little celebration via my social media accounts. Thank you to everyone who so kindly commented. I hadn't planned to add anything here after that, but when I sat down to warm my laptop up in anticipation of diving into the first draft of the new Christmas book next week, I thought I should take a minute to recall and reflect.
2023 was such a phenomenal writing year -
It kicked off with the news that A CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION had been awarded the RNA Popular Romantic Fiction Award
And ended with the cork-popping announcement that 1 million copies of my books had been sold!
And in-between, I wrote another two books, one of which, THE BOOK-LOVERS' RETREAT was my very first standalone.
I attended some wonderful events too - and I have more lined up for this year - and met so many wonderful readers along the way.
2024, you have a lot to live up to! I think I better start writing, don't you?
