Yes, I have been tempted to check my e-mail, have a gander at face book but that has meant that I have the computer switched on and that in turn has meant that I have been thinking about my novel and having an extra few minutes here and there writing it. No bad thing surely?
This morning for example, I have felt so guilty about catching up with mailing that I have worked, productively, for two hours straight and solved a tricky dilemma for my main character that for weeks had seemed completely unfathomable! Hurraah!
