Th Hole has now been published on Shortbread and can be read via the link to the right of this post. Comments so far have been extremely positive. Apologies to anyone who tried to comment via the blog and their post did not appear.
I now have two more stories almost ready for submission to Shortbread. Once I have written anything I commit it to the memory stick and leave it alone for a couple of weeks. I am always amazed at how many things I can change when I delve back in and have another read!
Very little creativity has been forthcoming this week, what with half term and a lingering cold that seems to have addled my brain but I have continued with the new novel planning as mentioned in an earlier post.
It is proving a very interesting exercise and I am actually beginning to feel that this one might get finished. I have solid plans as to where I am headed from beginning to end so I am hoping I won't get caught out by chapter 7 and fall into the trap of editing and re-editing!
I will of course keep you posted.
