So there you have it, and isn't she an absolute beauty? Books and The City deliver yet again, with this fabulously festive little cracker. As you can probably tell I'm absolutely thrilled. For years I have perused the bookshops and supermarkets from November onwards, playing out elaborate fantasies about heading off to town to see my very own Christmas book adorning the shelves and now here we are, and here she is, in all her wintry blue beauty.
And do you know what the best thing is? I have absolutely loved writing this story. From the very second Ruby began waiting on tables in The Cherry Tree Cafe, I just knew she had her own story to tell and here it is!
