Seven Things About Me

• My novels are romantic but my short stories have a dark, often sinister edge
• I have over 30 unread novels on my Kindle carousel courtesy of my lack of control when it comes to book buying
• I've always wanted to be a published author but wasted decades procrastinating (don't try this at home)
• I'm going (one way or another) to publish my debut novel this year
• I'm a little bit obsessed with repeatedly checking my number of Wattpad reads when I've uploaded a new chapter of The Cherry Tree Cafe
• I spend a lot of time at the ironing board imagining the phone call that will offer me a 3 book deal
• I spend an equal amount of time imagining my first launch party complete with a cupcake tower, pink fizz, lots of balloons and vases full of fresh flowers
