I am hugely excited to share some news with you this week about a couple of exciting things that will be happening during the next few months.

Firstly, Friday the 18th of September is launch day for a brand new Friday Feature called My Writing Life. It will be running for as long as folk want to take part so if you like the sound of it then do get in touch and bag a spot! Every week will feature a different author (both aspiring and published) and will include tips on how to factor writing time into a busy schedule as well as how to establish a writing routine and stick to it. The authors will also share their goals and aspirations so do remember to check back in on Friday when the feature launches with a great post from Michelle Dobson ( @_Mwrites_ ).

In other news...

Last Thursday I had a trip to Norwich for a meeting at the fabulous Virgin Lounge. The Lounge offers members of the local community a fabulous space in which to hold events and functions and I have been fortunate enough to be offered the use of one of their stunning rooms on Saturday, October the 17th between 11am and 1pm.

The plan is to have a couple of readings from The Cherry Tree Cafe followed by a quick Q and A session and of course cake! There will be bunting in abundance so if you happen to be in the city that day and would like to come along let me know and I will add your name to the guest list.
